12/24V: automatically detects system Jännite. Disconnects the battery from non essential loads before it is completely discharged (which would damage the battery) or before it has insufficient power left to crank the moottori. Can be set to engage or disengage at several different voltages, 7-segment display will indicate which Asetus has been chosen. Special Asetus for Li-ion batteries: can be controlled by the VE.Bus BMS, can also be used as a charge interrupter in between a charger and a Li-ion battery. Ultra low current consumption: important in case of Li-ion batteries, especially after low Jännite shutdown. Over Jännite protection: prevents damage to sensitive loads due to over Jännite, the load is disconnected whenever the DC Jännite exceeds 16V (@12V system) or 32V (@24V system). Ignition proof – no relays but MOSFET switches: no sparks. Delayed hälytys output: hälytys output is activated if the battery Jännite drops below the preset level during more than 12s – starting the moottori will therefore not activate the hälytys, hälytys output is short circuit proof open collector output to the negative (minus) rail: max. 50 mA. hälytys output is typically used to activate a buzzer, LED or relay. Delayed load disconnect and reconnect: load will be disconnected 90s after the hälytys has been activated. If the battery Jännite increases again to the connect threshold within this time period (after the moottori has been started for example), the load will not be disconnected. Load will be reconnected 30s after the battery Jännite has increased to more than the preset reconnect Jännite. Operating Jännite 6-35V, max load current 100A continous – 600A peak@30s, current consumption 1.5mA (on) - 0.6mA (off or shutdown), hälytys output delay 12s, max load on hälytys output 50mA, load disconnect/reconnect delay: 90/30s, default thresholds: disengage 10.5/21V - engage 12/24V, operating temperature (full load) -40°C ... +40°C (60% of nominal load @ +50°C), IP67 (electronics) - IP00 (connections), M6 connections
